Bell tents are located in Klondike Village! An exclusive area with access to the gorgeous riverfront and a few short steps away from the festival site!

Wild Haven hosts are on site daily to top up your air mattresses, answer your questions and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy a weekend of glamping! The luxury bell tents will be completely set up prior to your arrival, so just drop your bag and head down to the river!

Bell Tents Include:            

• Fitted bed sheets, duvets & pillows
• Queen or Single full height luxury air mattresses
• Flooring and doormats
• Fairy lights and lantern

Each Bell Tent will automatically come with 2-6 Camper Access bands (depending on the Bell Tent option you choose) and 2 vehicle decals. Designated parking area will be available steps away from the tents.

1  "CAMPING CRUISER" parking pass  - In and Out privileges at the festival. The Cruiser is the main vehicle, the campsite purchaser, which must be the first to check in. The rest of your group can check in at the same time or after the cruiser has arrived. 

1  "STABLE CAMPING" parking pass - No In and Out privileges - once you are parked on your site, the Stable vehicle must remain parked for the weekend. Only the Cruiser may come and go after check in, or you may use the shuttles! Must arrive with the Campsite Cruiser (the campsite purchaser) or afterwards. 

At time of purchase, a Damage Deposit of $250.00 CDN will be charged to your credit card via the Front Gate ticketing system for the rental of the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent. The Damage Deposit does not apply towards the rental fee. The Damage Deposit is taken to cover the potential of lost, stolen or damaged items in, on, or related to the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent, including but not limited to mattresses, textiles, lighting and the tent structure.

Upon check in, you and the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent staff will inspect and document the condition of the rented tent. Upon check out, you and the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent staff will inspect and document the condition of the rented tent. The Damage Deposit will be refunded in whole to your credit card within one (1) week of check-out provided there was no loss or damage in, on, or related to the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent, including but not limited to mattresses, textiles, lighting and the tent structure. If there was any loss or damage with respect to the foregoing, you will be refunded the difference between the amount of the Damage Deposit and the loss or damage, if any.

The Rockin River Music Fest may, in its sole discretion, use as much of the Damage Deposit as necessary to pay for damages resulting from your check-in, occupancy or check-out of the Wild Havens Luxury Bell Tent.
